My son, is in the hospital in San Diego with Hepatitis A and is very sick. His family has been exposed and the immunization process isn't that easy, especially for their 2-year-old son. My son and his wife don't have any other family there and their friends can't come and help until the home has been cleared. This is very scary for them. Please ask the Lord to touch all of them and keep them safe. Thank you.

Hello. I would love prayer for wisdom on difficult various decisions I have. I would also very much appreciate prayer for my mental health and spiritual health. I have received Jesus as my Lord and Savior years ago. I have within the past several years turned away from God and have battled with severe anxiety and depression. I want to start attending church regularly again and seek God's will and guidance. Thank you! I t's a blessing to have the services streamed live through facebook. God bless you!!

Karen was recently diagnosed with a brain mass that likely is inoperable…believe they are still trying to figure out what the treatment may be.
“Faith is the evidence of things hoped for, the proof of things we do not see (Hebrews 11:1). You make a confession of faith because you believe God’s Word, not because you see or feel a certain thing. Choose to believe what God says, and say the same thing by faith.” I believe in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ and trust Him with the plans He has for Karen’s healing!

What is Prayer?
- Prayer is an incredible privilege. God, the King of everything, invites us to communicate with Him. Prayer is simply talking with God. Whether it is a praise, a need, or a struggle, we have the opportunity to go to God in prayer. (Matthew 5, 6 / Romans 12 / Ephesians 6 / Hebrews 4)
Why do We Pray
- Prayer is the main avenue to create, cultivate, and sustain a deep connection with God. From the Bible, we get the picture that prayer is a major part of Heaven’s Kingdom. Jesus’ example is all we need to understand the reason for prayer. Over and over again in the New Testament especially leading up to the Cross, we see the words in Scripture of Him going away to pray. He models a commitment to pray often which communicates the importance of regular prayer. (Matthew 14, 26 / Mark 1 / Luke 5, 6 / Colossians 4 / 1 Thessalonians 5)
- Scripture also encourages us to ask others to join us in prayer. We are honored that you would trust us to partner with you in prayer. It is our privilege to pray for you and with you for any need or opportunity in your life.
(Ecclesiastes 4 / Ephesians 6 / James 5)
