ABOUT

Come as you are.

Life Groups at Neighborhood Church are small communities of learners and growers meeting at a variety of times and places throughout the Redding, California area.

These Life Groups are Come as you are gatherings. We want everyone to feel free to come whether you’re searching for the first time or you’ve lost count . . . you are welcome to join us as we seek God together. You don’t have to dress up. We couldn’t care less who you voted for in the last election. And please, don’t feel the need to pretend about anything.

Neighborhood’s Life Group ministry is a place where God meets seeking people who are far from perfect, and by the way, no perfect people allowed. That means everyone is welcome, no matter where you are on your spiritual journey. So learn at your own pace. Ask questions. Seek God. Seek answers. We believe you will find what you’re looking for.

The way to get connected is by choosing a group, contacting the leader and showing up to the next group gathering. If it’s not a good fit for you, just try another group. (Our leaders won’t hold it against you or badger you if you switch out.) Find our list of groups here.

Join us as we find and follow God together. Just come as you are.

Symposium

Each month a new topic is presented Sundays at 11:15am in annex room 162 at Neighborhood. Knowledgeable teachers bring fresh perspectives to pertinent subjects.

This setting is a good place to get acquainted with others in our Neighborhood family, and find others heading the same direction as you in their growing faith. Symposium is open to people college age and older, and any Sunday is a great one to just drop in and check it out.

Symposium meets year round, with the exception of the months of May and December. Watch the program and the information grid in the church lobby for future Symposium topics.

Contact groups@neighborhood.cc or 221.5683 x719 for more information.
