Welcome to Kids Ministries!

Programs for babies through 5th grade kids are offered at the following service times:

Saturday 5pm & Sunday  9:30 & 11:15am

*Each room is designed to be a specific age appropriate environment.

Babies and toddlers are cared for in separate rooms by loving volunteers who demonstrate Christ’s love for them.

At age two, the children begin a formal curriculum created in-house to meet the needs of this age group. Using hands–on activities, stories and songs, the children learn foundational concepts about God and the Bible.

The three year old program introduces children to Bible stories, Christian Life and Global Outreach through activity stations, crafts and a structured teaching time. This curriculum was carefully designed in-house to build upon the two year old experience.

Children age four through Kindergarten presently use the Gospel Light Curriculum, “My God and Me” and “My Great Big God”, on a two year rotating program. The lessons are enhanced by crafts and activities planned specifically to go with the lesson.

Cubbies: Age 3-5
This is a two year program for three and four year olds which requires parental participation. The AppleSeed Handbook and HoneyComb Handbook teach basic Bible truths along with preschool concepts of colors, shapes, numbers and letters. The club time includes games, crafts, music, snack and puppetry. Cubbie Bear is the mascot and Cubbies wear a blue vest for their uniform.

Sparks: K-2nd Grade
Kindergarteners, first and second graders are “Sparkies”. The three Sparks handbooks and ranks are HangGlider (kindergarten), WingRunner (1st grade), and SkyStormer (2nd grade). Sparky the firefly encourages and motivates children through handbook achievements. Handbooks provide Bible memorization curriculum and other Bible-centered activities. Sparks includes a fun firefly character named Sparky, a red vest with accompanying awards for “Sparkies” to wear, and a nature motif.

Truth & Training Club: 3rd-5th Grade
The Truth & Training Club (T&T) is designed for 3rd–5th grade. Clubbers work through one handbook a year. The handbook contains a variety of Bible memorization curriculum and other Bible-centered achievements. T&T’s uniform consists of a dark green t-shirt with the T&T logo.

We have a special Child Dedication Service once a year in a Saturday morning close to Mother’s Day.
